Meditation is like a glass of water - simple, refreshing and easily accessible. Hypnosis is like a swimming pool - we submerge and explore varying depths. Past life regression is like an ocean - seemingly infinite in scale and filled with mystery and uncanny revelations. Though mechanically meditation, hypnosis, and past life regression appear the same, each of the three experiences are vastly different.
During this experiential lab, you will learn about the differences and similarities, the best practices of each method, and their respective benefits. The evening will feature guided exercises, brief lectures, and Q&A.
Daniel Ryan has been working with each of these modalities for the majority of his lifetime. A board certified Hypnotherapist and Regression Therapist, he also co-hosts the series, Mindfulness For Creatives, with Annika Howe in NYC where he regularly guides meditation. He has maintained practice since 2007.
